Find the hardware for your AI project
Start with a model or your GPU.
A preliminary estimate — no sign-up required.
MONSDER AI ASSISTANT
Start with an idea
Describe the outcome in your own words. The assistant will find relevant catalog models and prepare inputs for the engineering calculation.
What happens after the calculation
- Calculate without signing in
- Engineering review
- Commercial proposal
Sign up when you are ready to speak with an engineer.
Initial values are an example, not a model or vendor recommendation. The draft stays in this browser. Technical requests are counted to limit abuse.
How to plan AI hardware
- How much VRAM does an LLM need?
Estimate LLM memory from weights, quantization, KV cache, context and concurrency. An 8B example and the limits of a preliminary Monsder calculation.
- How to choose an AI server
Choose an AI server from workload requirements: model, load, GPU, memory, power and cooling. What a calculator estimates and what needs engineering validation.
- Which models fit your GPU?
Match an LLM to your GPU using available VRAM, quantization, context and concurrency. Why fitting in memory does not establish a validated deployment.
About the Monsder calculator
What does Monsder calculate?
Monsder translates a task, model and workload into preliminary AI hardware requirements. Start with a model or find model candidates for an existing GPU. Engineering suitability comes first; price and availability are considered separately.
Do I need an account to calculate?
The preliminary calculator, model catalog, GPU catalog and knowledge base are available without registration. An account is required to save a project on the server and request specialist review.
Is the result a validated configuration?
Automated results are preliminary. VRAM capacity does not verify speed, compatibility, power, cooling or reliability. The final engineering decision and commercial proposal require specialist review; unknown values remain unknown.
